Hello, and welcome to Rebake Review!
This blog came to life after I discovered a passion for baking a few years ago. Up until then, I had only baked a handful of times in my life — and I was absolutely terrible. But I was determined to improve! I used everything I learned from watching The Great British Bake Off as my unofficial baking school.
What started as curiosity quickly turned into determination (and a lot of trial and error). From bakes that were inedible to the first few successes, I kept going.
My wonderful husband, Jason, has been my loyal taste tester from the very beginning — and let me tell you, he has definitely earned the privilege of eating the more skilled creations now!
I’m here to help you take the incredible bakes you see on TV and confidently recreate them in your own kitchen — no matter where you’re starting.
